6-Layer Structure

A well-proportioned 6-layer structure works together to achieve ultimate absorption effect. The first layer of Tianjin Yiyi's disposable dog pads is long-fiber spunbond non-woven fabric, which is soft and smooth and can quickly penetrate urine to the next layer; the second layer is clean and sustainable tissue, which can play a certain absorption role and protect and stabilize the scattered polymers and fluff pulp in the absorption layer; the third layer is fluff pulp, which can quickly diffuse urine and speed up the absorption rate; the fourth layer is high-absorption rate polymer, which can absorb 200 times its own weight in water; the fifth layer is toilet paper, which has the same material and function as the toilet paper in the second layer, and can play a certain absorption role and protect and stabilize the scattered polymers and fluff pulp in the absorption layer; the sixth layer is PCR plastic film, which is waterproof and can prevent liquid leakage. The layers are connected by environmentally friendly German Henkel hot melt adhesive. The layers work together to quickly absorb a large amount of urine, dry quickly, and prevent leakage.
