Tianjin Yiyi Hygiene Products Co., Ltd. was founded in May 1990, with its headquarters factory located in the Industrial Zone of Zhangjiawo Town, Xiqing District, Tianjin. Its intelligent factory is equipped with more than 60 fully automated production lines, advanced production equipment and management systems, making it one of the large-scale production bases of disposable pet hygiene and care products in China.
Production Equipment and Technology
Tianjin Yiyi has installed automated equipment such as weight detectors, automatic tape sealing machines, hot melt adhesive machines, light dust collectors, and industrial robots. It has realized fully automated operations covering the entire process from raw material unloading, intelligent storage and handling in the material warehouse, to feeding of production equipment, product packaging, and inbound and outbound of finished products. At the same time, it has introduced a fully automatic visual light source control system and the human-computer interaction system application software V1.0 for metal detectors, which enables 100% inspection during the production process and reduces the output of defective products.
Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Measures
The special equipment selected by the factory meets standards higher than the industrial access requirements, which reduces energy and resource consumption. In 2018, the factory implemented the coal-to-gas conversion project for boilers, replacing the coal-fired boilers used for winter heating with gas-fired hot water boilers and installing supporting facilities. This project saves 2,000 tons of coal annually.
