As a large-scale manufacturer specializing in disposable hygiene care products worldwide, Tianjin Yiyi focuses on global production capacity layout, full-process quality control, and high-efficiency supply chain collaboration. We have built a network of three production bases covering China, Cambodia, and the United States, providing global customers with reliable disposable hygiene product solutions through stable production capacity, international certifications, and localized delivery capabilities.

The Chinese production base serves as the technological core and production foundation of Tianjin Yiyi. We operate two production bases with a total area of over 400,000 square meters and are equipped with more than 60 fully automatic high-speed production lines, enabling end-to-end control from raw materials, R&D and design to large-scale manufacturing.

The base has obtained authoritative international certifications including BRCGS, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, SEDEX, FDA, EUTR, CE, FSC, GRS, RCS,covering quality management, medical device systems, social responsibility, environmental recyclability, forest sustainability, and other global market access requirements. 

The production base in Cambodia is a key overseas production hub for Tianjin Yiyi, focusing on core products such as pet training pads. We have adopted a progressive layout of operating factory + under-construction new factory.

1. Operating Base

• Construction area: 15,000 square meters
• Specialized production lines for pet training pads: 5 lines
• Daily output (2 shifts): 1,600,000 pieces
• Certified by SEDEX, FSC, meeting international customers' requirements for social responsibility and environmental compliance.

2. New Base Under Construction

• Planned finished product production lines: 42 lines
• Equipped with supporting raw material production workshops.

The USA base is Tianjin Yiyi's core for localized supply in the North American market, covering an area of 20,000 square meters. It focuses on adult diapers, adult pads, and pet training pads, realizing local production and rapid response.

• Adult diaper production line: 1 line, daily output (2 shifts): 120,000 pieces
• Pad lines (pet + adult): 2 lines, daily output (2 shifts): 200,000 pieces
• Certified by SFI, FDA, CE, highly compatible with North American market regulations and channel demands.

• Multi-region production coordination: Three bases operate across continents to diversify supply chain risks and ensure stable delivery of global orders.
